I am a dedicated and passionate language teacher with over 15 years of experience in teaching Russian as a Foreign Language. My primary goal is to empower students to communicate effectively and confidently in Russian through engaging and immersive lessons.
I teach only ONLINE (in Zoom), and provide you with learning materials.

Specializations:

Exam Preparation: I specialize in preparing students for various assessments, including the Test of Russian as a Foreign Language (TORFL) at levels A2-C1, as well as the Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI), International Baccalaureate (IB), and VWO exams.

Speaking Clubs:

I facilitate interactive speaking clubs that cater to A2-B2 level students, creating a comfortable environment where learners can practice their conversation skills, improve their fluency, and gain confidence in using the language.

Cultural Engagement:

In addition to language, I run a movie club that explores Russian cinema, enhancing cultural understanding and language skills through film analysis and discussion. Furthermore, I lead a reading club that fosters a love for literature, focusing on various genres to develop reading comprehension and vocabulary.

I believe in a student-centered approach, tailoring lessons to meet the individual needs and goals of each learner. My classes are dynamic and engaging, incorporating authentic materials and real-life contexts to make the learning experience both effective and enjoyable.
