With more than a year of experience in the teaching of English as a foreign language in schools and colleges, I had to learn the language, learning different languages at the same time. I have spent some time as a primary school teacher at the two-year old Holters Natur School, where I have learned my pedagogical approach. There I have attended several courses in order to be always on the newest stand of the most up-to-date and innovative teaching methods. My certification as a Spanish teacher at the UCA extends my ability to teach in a Spanish-speaking community and gave me the opportunity to learn my mother tongue in a different language. My approach concentrates on active participation and effective communication, which has led me to make progress in the language skills of my students. My experience as a librarian has also enabled me to promote the love of reading. With loyalty and commitment I hope to further improve the educational experience and to contribute to the personal and professional growth of my students.
