For me it is also important to create a relaxed learning environment. I am a language learner myself and I know the challenges of learning a language. Therefore, it is important to me that you feel welcome, safe and have fun while learning. Mistakes are a natural part of the learning process and learners should feel free to make them in order to reach the next level.

My teaching style is 100% learner-centered.
I usually inquire in advance about the learner's goals, expectations, interests, and background. Then I create a learning plan based on the learner's needs and learning strategies, which we discuss during the first lesson.
I tend to mix learning styles and different media to maintain attention and familiarize learners with different language situations.
