I believe in an engaging and patient approach to teaching that unlocks students' full potential. My teaching approach centers on understanding each student's unique learning style and tailoring lessons to suit their individual needs. Given the intricacies of the IB curriculum or A levels, GCSE, I aim to make learning an enjoyable and accessible experience. To tackle even the most challenging topics, I bring real-world relevance into lessons, making subjects come alive and resonate with students on a personal level. For this, i leverage previous exam questions, visual supports, mind maps, and practical explanations to core topics. This approach ensures that students not only grasp the material but also retain it over the long term.

With a teaching background spanning three years, I've delved into the intricacies of the tutoring at high levels including for the IBDP. My experience extends to an understanding of the IA/ written assignment requirements and the nuances of the new syllabus for 2024 with recent specialised training. As a medical student, these subjects aren't just theories on paper – they're woven into the fabric of my daily studies. This proficiency equips me with skills to reinforce scientific knowledge effectively. Helping students at my school to achieve high results in the IB has earned me the Smith Award for academic success and for solidarity with my peers.
