Over the years, I have developed plans for various learning outcomes. I work with students individually, creating a learning plan that helps each achieve their goals.

I start with assessing each student's abilities and work with their interests to develop a dynamic and exciting platform.

For example,
If a learner is a beginner, I have materials suited for beginners.
If a learner has a low level of English competency in reading, speaking, and writing, I identify their level (and the subjects they are interested in) and create a curriculum around those interests.
If the learner has a moderate level of English competency and seeks to achieve higher levels in specific areas (writing, speaking, or listening), I work with the learner to create a curriculum to maximize their particular goals.

I have a Master's level degree that focuses on learning outcomes. I have learned through my research that a learner needs to use materials and subjects that hold their interest if they wish to have satisfying results.
