I like to start by learning about my students: where they're from, where they're located now, what languages they speak, what their previous experience has been learning English, and how they like to learn. These are a few things I think are important in order to better curate my lessons and personalize them to my students' needs. I also like to be creative with my lesson plans in order to make learning engaging but not overstimulating. I welcome questions, as I want to be a resource to my students.
