I hold a BCom in Industrial Psychology and Tourism Degree from Northwest University. I've also enriched my skill set through a Level 5 TEFL Course and a 120 Hour Advanced TEFL/TESOL Certificate. My commitment to growth is evident through my continuous pursuit of knowledge, reflected in my completion of various in-house recruitment, leadership, and HR courses.

My teaching journey ranges from after-hours online English classes for diverse age groups to formal corporate training initiatives. I've successfully trained Mandarin-speaking employees in English for call center contexts and facilitated training efforts in international locations like Jersey, Isle of Man, and London, highlighting my adaptability and global perspective.
