I am a university student looking to share my love for Maths and/or Physics. I have experience in tutoring GCSE students and improving their confidence with the two daunting subjects. My lessons will be tailored to each student, focusing on what they struggle with most. Because of this, I require good communication from both parent and student and I will provide the same. My lessons will be calm and professional, with each lesson planned well ahead in order to avoid wasting your money and your time.

I have done A-Levels in Mathematics, Physics and Geography, with A* in both Maths and Physics. For GCSE I achieved a Grade 9 in Maths and Physics. I have experience in Edexcel Maths and Physics but I'm more than willing to assist students with any other exam boards.

My experience with GCSE students stems from support groups I held during my time at sixth form for the GGCSE students of the school. These sessions allowed me to understand my style of teaching and my level of organisation. I make lesson plans and remind students of their scheduled lessons prior to each session. I also have experience in being a nursery assistant and a teaching assistant in a primary school which has allowed me to exercise my ability to tailor the delivery of my lessons to each student in order to keep them engaged and maintain their interest.

My lessons for GCSE students will be focused around practice questions as I believe they are the best form of revision. After reviewing the answers to these initial practice questions, I will understand how best to help a student to facilitate them with the best possible skills to tackle their exams.
