I am a VERY informal trainer! I want to get you the best results but I believe in the motto of catching more flies with honey than vinegar. I will cheer you along and give you so many tips and tricks to help you. I'll be your cheerleader. Very proficient in the day to day tasks that trip a lot of people up. Former ECDL Trainer and examiner. I have developed and rolled out courses throughout Ireland. They translate very well to other countries and territories. I am very much hands on. I will show you what to do then gently hold your hand while you try it yourself. Please ask loads of questios! It really is the best way to learn. My most (and to be honest, only!) rule is that there is no such thing as a stupid question! Everyone has different strings to their bows and this happens to be mine and I am delighted to share my skills!
