I view relationship/rapport building, accountability & transparency as the determining factors in my every day, professional approach, and I am a highly, pupil-centred, reflective practitioner who puts the well-being and effective & efficient progress of each of my students to the forefront. Foremost in my [classroom] management are seeking the individual drives of each learner, most especially those who have, or have, issues with engagement, self-esteem or general SEMH issues. I also subscribe to creating whichever environment, no matter how unconventional it might be deemed, which might best give rise to the mutual respect & enjoyment of learning.
