Marc Felton

I have been a TEFL teacher for over 20 years, guiding and training students in improving their English skills. Most of my experience has been with professional individuals who have worked in various different industries, including health, finance, law and architechture. I am based part time in Prague, and part time near Manchester, UK.
I use the methods and techniques from the Oxford House TEFL course I completed back in 2003. All materials that I use are adaptable and bespoke depending on the needs of each individual student. The classwork that we will use for the lessons are created by myself or one of the teachers that work in my small language school in Prague. There are a range of interesting topics and contain various exercises from grammar to role-plays.
The lessons focus primarily on making students speak as much as possible, also having a vairety of different activities including reading, listening and writing.
Google Classroom will be utilised to manage the English lessons where you will find all material before the lesson and a Google Document where vocabulary and mistakes are recorded for reference at any time.
My students describe me as friendly, helpful and paitent. I have a great rapport with them and give them a lot of encouragment.
