I have practiced my profession on teaching for 2 years both in school setting and online setting and I can say that it was a very awesome experience. I also cater tutorials where progress are evident as my tutees excel on their classes.

Usually, I do the advance tutorials of the lessons to my students if they already understood their current lessons. But I do retention activities to support their current learnings. Examples are: Fill in the blank within 10 seconds where if the tutee was not able to complete the statement, there will be an add-on question for the activity which is related to the statement that he/she did not complete.

On the other hand, I do focused tutorials where if the tutee is having a hard time understanding the lesson, I will be making several approach that will fit the learning style of the tutee. This could be through a game, a song, a physical activity, or even letting them watching a video that is related to the lesson.
