Manveer Singh

My experience as a one to one teacher have ranged from teaching experience during my time at school, as a team leader in the working industry where I have had to teach others through training and my experience, as well as coach sport where I have had to lead and teach.

My approach to teaching others have always been a systematic approach where I start with the basic and foundations dependant on the current level the students are already at, and I like to work from then onward. My teaching has included fun engaging activities that allow students to use their heads and think about what the correct approach should be, as I feel this is the best approach based on my own personal experiences. Rewarding systems have also been useful as it creates good targets for students to work towards goals with an end reward in mind.

Creating good friendly relationships has also been key as it allows students to feel comfortable and feel like they can approach me with different queries and want to engage with myself more as I am their help after all.
