I am highly experienced in running High Performance Programme developing pathways for athletes, experienced in Sports Psychology, Sports Trainer and Sports Coach/Mentor who is accomplished at an international level. Throughout my career I have proven success in leading the development of teams to progress in Basketball, Hockey, Rugby, Business, etc. through developing robust training plans, strength and mental coaching and conditioning. My communication and interpersonal abilities enable me to converse at all levels, and I can adapt and integrate easily into all cultures and environments. I utilise my leadership abilities to motivate and support a team to work as a unit which results in success. Throughout my journey with FIBA working as an instructor/facilitator I have been developing training materials, evaluating, assessing and scoring FIBA coaches on different levels.

I graduated with an MBA in Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership from York St. John University and have England Basketball Level II Coaching qualification, FIBA licensed as well as Canadian coaching license through the PAISAC programme where I have been coaching as
in an internship. I have attended a coaching & mentorship programme through Delaware University and did my internship with the university of Penn state Basketball. I have a vast coaching experience and had the opportunity to study and coach worldwide and learn from
the best and implemented it where ever the opportunity arises. I am a very committed person towards what I take on and this in turn follow over to my players, coaches, organization and the community.
I also have corporate experience and I am fully conversant in the duties required to run a company. I am Director and Board Member for Walvis Bay Investment Group where I make critical business decisions and provide the governance and oversight for all operations. This role includes reviewing annual statements, authorising finances, creating business plans, proposals and presentations in an innovative way.
