I like to make my lessons fun rather than boring. So I like interacting lessons with my students. I like to do group activities offering rewards in return. I like to be friendly and helpful so the student can confide in me and feel comfortable in sharing the difficulties they may be facing. I understand every student is different and has different effectiveness in learning. So I would on my first day get everyone’s opinion in how they would like to learn and try to involve everyone’s suggestions.
