It is upto a teacher that how he or she is making class more lively and make children feel like a family. A teacher with great sense of humour always hit students attention in a more better way.kindness towards all children from different backgrounds who have multifarious personalities allows a teacher to become more sensitive and tolerant to each student's need which I posses equally. Being an experienced teacher i am well aware that children spend a good chunk of their lives in a classroom, so being their mentor I always have a nurturing personality towards them which will help children become successful adults. Being an optimistic teacher I always have a positive attitude towards kids that they are like a ray of sunshine and they light up any classroom they enter and my students always found this approach in my personality. I know that a selfless teacher is always willing to go an extra mile for its students to ensure that they do their best. I always try to have bridge of communication with guardians of children, so that they can come to know about their child's progress. Last but not the least my core trait is to remain unbiased and fair with every child to not to make any student feel neglected.
