Manisha Sahota

I am an engineering student offering online English lessons for children of all ages and difficulties. I have a passion for teaching and helping others, as exemplified in my work experience in a primary school. I hope to assist my students through their education journey to ensure they feel secure in their ability, knowledge and develop a passion for the subject.

My teaching is empathetic whilst efficient , where I recommend regular check-ins to ensure the student is feeling confident whilst learning. I am patient and composed, and I enjoy explaining things using alternative methods of teaching in case the student is finding a topic complex. My topics are well-explained, easy to understand whilst being enjoyable, and I encourage students to ask questions if necessary. I can also give homework between lessons (apt to each student and their education level) to ensure the information is solidified and that they feel confident in their ability to use and apply the content learned to their own work.
