I always believe in giving clear instructions.I never use yoga jargon which may intimidate anyone. I'm very patient and allow the student to express themselves in their own unique way and adapt to their style. I always make sure I help them to up their level. I respect the student at whichever level they are in their journey and work on their strengths. I help them realize their true potential by encouraging them to practice everday even if it is for only a few mins each day. I do not believe in the use of props. However, I don't discourage anyone for their use either. If it helps your practice feel free to use them but don't be dependent on them. You are stronger than you think! I have loved yoga since a young age and have been practicing for a few years now. My professional career in yoga started 3 years back. I love teaching and I'm happy that I'm blessed to have a career that I'm so passionate about. It doesn't feel like work but just my Dharma. I try to follow a yogic lifestyle and also encourage others to see the true benefits of practicing yoga.
