About me

I normally start my first lesson by knowing the students. In particular their weakness, strength, etc. This enable me to understand the student more thoroughly. As per information I plan my teaching strategy i.e. helps, handouts, power points, etc. Some students do well in a group setting while some need more attention i.e. 1.1. I normally start my first lesson by knowing the students. In particular their weakness, strength, etc. This enable me to understand the student more thoroughly. As per information I plan my teaching strategy i.e. helps, handouts, power points, etc. Some students do well in a group setting while some need more attention i.e. 1.1. Overall all students can then make a great progress. Prime example of my experience would be teaching this one particular student who obtained D in chemistry mock exam and then attained A in her final exam. This student had a photographic memory but lacked the concentration. Once this information was identified it was easy to plan the lesson.
