I am polite and I try to understand the need and requirements of the student. I try my best to adapt to the child’s understanding so that he/she can have a better learning experience. I try to teach students through various examples, I prefer the use to pictures and videos for helping them to develop a better understanding of the subject. I prepare myself in advance for the lecture so that I don’t waste anytime and I try to answer all the queries they have. Incase I am unable to answer them I try my best to get back to them in the next lecture or session. Furthermore, I can be available for in person lecture if the student requires that and I can also help with extra assistance. I prefer making the lectures more engaging and practical because I believe that children learn better that way. Practical learning makes it easier for them to remember rather than just reading from books. I will try my best to make this learning sessions more enjoyable so that the student takes interest and stay motivated through out the leaning experience. I welcome parents feedback because that helps me improve my quality of work and helps me understand what the child requires so that I can adapt to new ways of teaching and learning. Parents opinion and guidance is key element for me as it keeps me motivated to strive hard towards my goal of helping children with their learning. I hope to see children learn and grow for a better tomorrow.
