Man Wah Kong

Hello! I am Alex, a tutor at a design school in Hong Kong, where I teach design in both English and Chinese since lots of students come from different countries and different cultures, Chinese is my native language. I am fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. I believe I am well-equipped to teach Chinese language skills to students given my enthusiasm and experience in teaching. During the pandemic, I have become adept at using Microsoft Teams or Zoom for online teaching and communication with classes of 30 students or more. I hope that my experience in this regard can be applied to language instruction.

In addition to teaching the Chinese language, I also hope to impart more about the popular culture and lifestyle of China and Hong Kong. For students interested in learning Chinese, whether for further studies in Hong Kong or China, purely for travel purposes, or out of an interest in Chinese culture, I aim to provide them with more comprehensive preparation!
