Hi, I am tutor Malini and I am a deeply motivated and reliable English tutor with 4+ years of teaching experience in USA as well as in India. I completed my 220 hours TEFL Certification with specialisation in Business English from Asian College of Teachers accredited by the Canadian University. I am also an Early Childhood Credential Certified Montessori Educator from American Montessori Society (AMS) and a member of AMS . I also have online coding and math tutor experience where I taught programming languages like HTML , CSS and block based coding to students using which the little ones as young as 7 year olds designed interesting games and projects since I have completed my Masters in Software Engineering and have worked in a reputed IT firm called Cognizant Technology Solutions for a little over a year. I taught English online for children from 5 years old to 12 years old in a group class with a maximum of 7 children in every class . I follow a holistic learning approach using various techniques like collaborative learning , by giving guided assignments and projects , game based learning , by making use of audio visual resources , whiteboard , PPT’s , etc . I focus on the strengths and weakness’s of every child as every student is unique and thereby make tailor made and customised lesson plans for holistic learning and development of every student making sure and trying my best to meet all their language learning requirements during all their English language learning sessions with me .
