My teaching style will vary so that it is best suited and tailored to my students, I teach secondary school students, KS2 and KS3 students. I have achieved my gcse grades in which I have achieved mostly 7,8,9. And I have completed 12 gcse/ Btecs. I can teach multiple subjects but I am passionate about science, especially triple science and humanities such as history and citizenship.
My classes will begin by first discussing knowledge gaps in the subject at the student requests, then creating a plan on how to tackle it, as well as this mini tests will be given to the student to complete to see what if they have learnt efficiently and effectively. Most lessons will cover going over knowledge they feel unconfident about or lessons on new topic, this will be done verbally with examples to help break down the main concept of the knowledge and make it easily understandable. In lessons I will also go over tests the students have completed in school and create progress plans to help them achieve the best to their ability. My goal is to help students achieve grades 7,8,9 but that also means my students must be dedicated and motivated to spend time outside of tutoring to perfect what they have been taught. Tutoring the students does not mean that they should be reliant on someone but to help them find the study method which works best for them as students often rely on the tutor to get grades. I hope to help my students get outstanding grades by the help of my teaching style.
