Sometimes I can’t even believe a human can have such an effect on you. Malika is so delicate with her words with clear intent. She’s so encouraging but so real at the same time. I think it’s due to past experiences she’s had that allows her to relate to pretty much everything. I’ve never experienced such an understanding coach without judgment. If you’re looking for a push, motivation, a supporter and a friend look no further xx

Malika is absolutely amazing at what she does, she is a great listener and has wholeheartedly coached me so well. She takes time in what she does and you can see it is a passion for her in everyday life!
