I first got into personal development at the age of 16 - that's just over thirty years ago! Ever since I have studied this field relentlessly, both through increasing my knowledge and understanding and, even more importantly, through applied practice. Integration takes time, but when the process reaches a critical point, the results of all the hard work enter a new dimension. This, I believe, is my most important asset as a coach - the maturity that I am able to bring to the table after three decades of self-development. If I only could use one word to describe my approach it would be holistic.

I encourage a simple structure for my clients. I recommend weekly meetings. You will do most of the talking. I will do most of the listening. I firmly believe that you have all the answers to your questions and that my job is to help you find them. Building and nurturing trust is imperative. The name of the game is to create a safe space for you, in which you will be able to explore what is at the source of your adversities. We humans tend to compartmentalise life, but it is artificial - an attempt of the mind to be more efficient. In fact, life is more like a beautiful woven fabric, consisting of many threads, and they are all interconnected. Because of that sometimes we will 'stray' into seemingly unrelated areas of your life to help bring important information to light.

My goal and promise to you is that you will find a way to achieve your objectives, and that the process in which it will happen will be that of growth, fun, inspiration and a profound deepening of you as a person.
