It should be understood that everyone is different and we all learn in our own ways, therefore everyone deserves to be taught in a way that works best for them.
I assess my student’s strengths and weaknesses when starting a new topic; by asking the student specific questions as well as observing them as they work their way through a bunch of problems. Lessons are tailored to the student’s specific needs and focus on filling the gaps in their understating and strengthening their skills, rather than employing conventional teaching methods which fail to account for the individual differences among children.
