The initial lesson will consist of getting to know students, their approach to learning and what texts they are studying, strengths and weaknesses and schedules. With this information i will set an objective for each task centred around targeting the students needs, for instance if they are in year 11 and stuck on context for Macbeth, I will tackle this weakness and work on it with the student. The initial lesson will consist of getting to know students, their approach to learning and what texts they are studying, strengths and weaknesses and schedules. With this information i will set an objective for each task centred around targeting the students needs, for instance if they are in year 11 and stuck on context for Macbeth, I will tackle this weakness and work on it with the student. I will set small homework task to complete such as a mini paragraph, planning an essay or making detailed flash cards. I will give feedback and help to remedy any mistakes made and give a target.
