Malaika Malik

My Lessons include an overarching agenda of main ideas and relevant information. They are generally unstructured beyond the umbrella topic. As they progress, I enjoy using real life experiences and conversations as tools for learning.
After an introductory lecture, collaborative work starts. Questions are encouraged in real time, as they allow for in the moment learning experiences.
Reading and discussion take up a section of the lesson. The idea being working independently and then relaying what has been learnt through interactive discussions.
Written and reading assignments are an integral part of my lessons. I believe this allows for quicker progression in both reading and writing levels.
At the end of every week, there is a feedback session. The aim of this lesson is so evaluate how much progress has been made, what can be improved on on my end, and what subject matter needs to be elaborated on/practiced more.
