Mako Miyaji

First, I grew up in Japan for more than 20 years and am familiar with Japanese culture. I can help you deepening your understanding of Japanese culture in the lesson.

Let me introduce my teaching style and teaching experience.

1. Teaching style:
I would like to respect your learning style if you already have.

For university students and adults:
If you are learning Japanese for your hobby, I would be a happy to help your study habits by working on the textbooks together or teaching grammar, ‘Hiragana’, ‘Katankana’, and even ‘Kanji’ using worksheets you or I prepared.

For primary school and secondary school students:
If you are learning Japanese for your study or second-mother tongue, I also would be happy to help your study by checking your homework assigned by Japanese schools and reading a short stories together.

I am very flexible with your needs, depending on how you want to learn Japanese language, and why you want to learn Japanese.


2. Teaching experience:
I have been involving with education sector for 9 years. I taught Japanese to primary and secondary students who learn Japanese as a second mother tongue in London. I also volunteered to teach Japanese in a Japan society at the university in the UK.
