Makeda Yonas

My name is Makeda Yonas, and I'm excited to be your tutor. I'm 16 years old, and while that might seem young, I believe my fresh perspective can help you learn in ways that connect to what you're going through right now as a student. I’ve recently been where you are now — learning and mastering subjects — and I want to share what I’ve learned to help you succeed.

The reason I want to tutor is that I understand the challenges that can come with school. Sometimes, things don’t click right away, and having someone who’s close in age can make things feel less intimidating and more relatable. I’m passionate about subjects like English literature and histroy which is why, along with two other subjects i am studying them at a level, I want to help make learning enjoyable and less stressful for you. Whether it's breaking down tough concepts or helping you prepare for exams, i'm here to support you and help you grow.
