I have a free spirit,I am free and easy to interact with.
I like studying and getting to know each of my students personal and natural behaviour, it helps me to know how best to help them understand their lessons best.
I love interacting with my students, I like my students to be free and not afraid of me.
I'm mild and I teach to the peak point of the lesson.
I allow free questions and answers from my students, I also take questions and I also give questions to do when the lesson is over or assignments.
I use examples and illustrations for demonstrations for clearer pictures perfect understanding of the lesson taught.
In my years of experience I realised that some students are fast learners while some may take a while and as I teacher I love everyone to understand every topic before I move on to the next.
I also realised that when students do not like a particular subject is due to how the tutor presents himself, his behavioural attitude during the lessons. It is very important to have a free spirit, be open minded and listen to each students complaint.
I love my students to be the top best students in any organisation, gathering, company, competition, debate and etc.
It's not pride but confidence I have when my students are the leading students.
