I am currently a student at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland studying for a Bachelor of Music with Honours in Peformance, and currently working for my LRSM in piano, and ARSM in oboe. I'm excited to expand my tutoring base to more young pupils who either hope to start careers in music, or just for fun!

I have worked with several tutors, and conductors like Sir Simon Rattle, Eduardo Portal, Peter Dykes, David Cowdy, Dr David Onac, Rebekah Abramski and Michael Betteridge, amongst others. I have a working knowledge of performance and teaching to younger pupils, as well as theory tutoring for Grade 5 ABRSM theory exams and up to Grade 8 Practical exams.

Lessons will focus around the pupils needs and each week goals will be established to encourage growth. Homework tasks will be set on a weekly basis to encourage independent learning and highlight any areas to improve. Lessons will be over Zoom, with a parent/guardian present in the room with pupil. There will be monthly assessments of pupils development and regular contact with parents to help encourage child's learning beyond lessons and to show pathway of current learning development.
