I have over 2 decades of teaching experience. In my class we always work as a team and listen to eachother with compassion and an open mind. You will always find encouragement,appreciation and a bit of humour which I belive makes is easier to achieve the targets set. I give out clear aims and objectives so we are all on the same page and belive in student based learning so there's ownership of the learning which yields long-term results.
