Working as an online tutor for over two years enabled me to gain a leadership and initiative role as I was required to plan lessons according to pupils' needs based on one-to-one or group sessions. I took on a leadership role, preparing and delivering lessons while engaging and motivating students. Although initially it was challenging as I was unfamiliar with this approach, over time I adapted quickly by becoming more proactive and embraced the challenge and developed strong initiative which ensured that my lessons were an interactive and stimulating learning environment for the students.
I specialise in delivering tailored one-on-one and group lessons to GCSE students focusing on English Literature and Language, along with providing support to A-level pupils in their studies of Sociology and Psychology. With a proactive approach, I meticulously plan and organise each session to empower my students with the critical skills necessary to achieve their highest potential. My teaching style is highly adaptable, enabling me to effectively cater to the diverse needs and learning preferences of my students. I teach students of different ages and academic abilities so whether they have dyslexia or autism it never stopped me from allowing them to learn and educate themselves like the rest of their peers.
