I would start off by asking what the student is struggling with, and do worked examples of questions related to those topics.
I would then prepare questions in the form of a worksheet that the student can work through, and any questions they get stuck on can be covered in the next tutorial.

If they want to read ahead of their syllabus, I can teach them new topics before they cover them, and give them a good understanding.
My online teaching would include sharing my screen as I write things down on my laptop screen (handwritten). So it feels like a lecture.
