I use zoom calls in which i share my screen and explain key concepts while producing notes which students will have access to review as i talk along the content i also include labelled diagrams for a visual concept of what i am explaining. Often i will start the lesson with retrieval practice where i may ask student common exam questions on a previous topic they have learnt in order to keep content fresh in their minds. I like to give my students time to complete exam questions as i find they're the most effective form of revision and understanding. I always try my best to tailor my lessons to student's preference so they understand everything better. student is encouraged to make notes with me as i follow and explain content to get the content to stick in their long term memory. Past students find exam questions helpful in biology as understanding the mark scheme is very crucial and learning exam technique is required for the actual exams.
