Hello! My name is Mahgol Farazmand, and I’m thrilled to be introducing myself as a mathematics teacher. With a Bachelor of Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics from Isfahan University of Technology, where I graduated at the top of my class, I bring a strong foundation in both theoretical and applied mathematics. Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and I’m grateful for the chance to share my knowledge and inspire a love for math in others.
Currently, I am studying Master's and am thrilled to continue my path in academia as a professor. I try the newest methods of teaching and am learning myself all the time
Throughout my teaching experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work with diverse groups of students, from high school learners to university undergraduates. My teaching philosophy centers on making math approachable and engaging, helping students see it as a set of powerful problem-solving tools rather than rigid formulas. I enjoy breaking down complex topics into simpler, relatable concepts, ensuring each student understands the “why” behind each step.
I believe in creating a classroom environment where every student feels safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn at their own pace. I’m here to foster critical thinking, encourage curiosity, and build confidence so that students feel empowered to tackle challenges not just in math, but in life.
Thank you for this opportunity. I’m excited to be part of this journey with each of you, and I look forward to a productive and inspiring time together!
