Various steps should be considered, managed, and prepared in order to be controlled after, and succeed later from both sides.
Three methodologies are crucial in taking lessons: time, content, and preparing well.
The time is the monitor in this process because it should be managed according to the student in order to feel comfortable and calm mindset which makes him/her full focused for the lesson.
The content of the lesson must be prepared from both sides, and it is the main procedure that should be reported and shared the feedback the parents about their son/daughter if the student concentrated well and was fully understand to what was discussing in the meeting.
Preparing well is a plan which makes the student feel responsible about him/herself and to what was taken in the lesson. This plays important role in their lives and it should be build with the student, especially in learning because this will stay with them all over the life.
Least but not last, the lesson is not a mission and we have to stop on whenever it ends in a successfully, however, it should keep in progress, work on, and maintain because it never stop and ended in the future and this based on my perspective. This procedure also has a way in order to be solved through a leader which delivered,organised and update the student with every valuable information that might help the student even if it detailed, but this might stand behind many hopes is waiting him/her in their future.
