Hi, my name is Mae and I am a Modern Languages student. I am offering private tutoring sessions in English as a foreign language, Spanish and French. I am open to tutor anyone, regardless of age and/or experience. My Spanish and French classes would be perfect for students who are working towards GCSEs or A-Levels, or anyone who has started learning these languages and wants a bit of practice.

After almost 4 years at Newcastle University, I will complete my studies this summer. I have been studying Spanish, French and Catalan, and I completed placements in Barcelona, Spain and The Loire Valley, France during my year abroad. Therefore, I have a deep knowledge of these languages and cultures and I can't wait to share my passion with students who are looking to improve their language skills, whether it's working towards GCSEs or A-Levels, or just for fun!

In terms of previous teaching experience, I spent 4 months in France teaching in a primary school, therefore, I have experience teaching English as a foreign language, specifically to those who are at a basic level. I also am in the process of completing a TEFL qualification, where I have deepened my understanding of English grammar and teaching methodologies. I am also familiar with teaching Spanish and French to students who are learning the language for GCSEs and A-Levels. I myself completed the Spanish GCSE and A-Level in which I received a grade 9 and a grade A. Therefore I have personal experience of this qualifications and I know the best ways to help you succeed.
