I am a post graduate in Chemistry and hold a B.Ed degree from India. I have 7 years teaching experience in Chemistry and Biology subjects and English language as well. I had taught for primary, secondary school students and A level students too. I was awarded the best teacher in my previous work place.
I strongly believe that students can understand the concepts when the teachers provide the live examples to support the content and so I always provide the live examples. My teaching includes xseed method where I teach from the basics and elucidate the main concept from the students. I follow 3 rules for teaching the students
1. What will you learn
2. What have you learnt
3. What did you understand/outcome of the concept.
These 3 rules give me a hint as how many students have understood the topic clearly and who need more assistance.
"Patience is a virtue" and I go by this saying by showing utmost patience to my students learning.
I project the objectives of the concept, how to go through, keywords that have to be learnt and 5 minutes of questionnaire session at the end. This gives immense strength for the students to make their concepts more understanding. The students thus convert their knowledge to wisdom.
