Yoga Lessons Format
Warm-Up & Centering: We begin with gentle movements and breathwork to center the mind and prepare the body.
Asana Practice (Postures): Depending on the style for the day, we'll move through a sequence of postures focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance. I provide modifications and adjustments to ensure everyone practices safely.
Pranayama (Breathing Techniques): Breathing techniques are integrated throughout to help regulate energy and promote mindfulness.
Meditation & Relaxation: Each class ends with deep relaxation or meditation to cultivate a sense of inner peace and awareness.
Sound Healing Sessions
After your yoga practice, or as a standalone session, I offer sound healing experiences using 14 Tibetan handmade singing bowls, a gong, a rainstick, and tingcha. During these sessions:
You'll lie down comfortably while the soothing vibrations of the instruments work on a deep cellular level, helping to release tension and stress.
The combination of these sounds creates a meditative state, facilitating emotional healing and energetic realignment.
