My priority is teaching the student in a way that they will understand and enjoy. I know that all learning styles are different, and I look forward to structuring the lesson entirely around how the student will best learn. Being a university student, I understand the thoughts and feelings of young people, be those positive or otherwise. We will work through any struggles or worries together to eventually reach the level of language proficiency that they are seeking. I learned certified teaching skills through completing a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) course. Recent tutoring experience allowed me to practice these methods and adapt to the student's learning style effectively. I provided tutoring in Beginner's Level German, so I can teach a foreign language proficiently. The structure of the lessons will be, while remaining professional, as formal or informal as the student would like.
