My Teaching Qualifications:
Durham University Graduate in French, PGCE qualified and Head of Year 12. I worked for five years at an outstanding London all through school where I taught French, PSHE, and English as an Additional Language to pupils from primary to sixth form (including GCSE and A Level provision); delivering excellent academic outcomes and supporting students to reach top university destinations such as LSE and UCL. I tutor French, English, ESOL and EFL, and support students with additional needs.

SEN Tutoring:
As a Head of Year and Pastoral Leader, I worked extensively with young people with additional educational needs (including SpLD, PD, ADHD, ASD, SLCN), and social emotional mental health needs; working collaboratively to improve literacy, attendance, academic confidence, emotional wellbeing, and to achieve great outcomes. I am well-versed in the UCAS and university application process and have guided students to success in their post 16 and post 18 options.

ESOL and EFL English Teaching:
CELTA Qualified (Pass A) - I have worked as the Director of Studies for a FE Language College designing rigorous and tailored curricula for ESOL and EAL tuition for children, young people, and adults. My ESOL teaching has taken me to Italy, Japan, and France where I have taught vocational courses, Cambridge English Exam preparation, IELTS, and created and delivered courses from beginner to advanced levels.

Alongside tutoring I work with young people to access Higher Education and University.
