With 2 years experience teaching, my classes are focused on going back to basics and getting you confident and comfortable in your form and ability to practice yoga whenever and however you want. Working 1-1 allows me to safely push you to achieve even more than if you were alone, and I will include arm balances and inversions if you feel ready. Classes will include breathwork and short meditations to help centre you in body and mind, and are designed to provide an all-round opening and strengthening of the body to help you develop a deeper yoga practice!
