The content of lessons would be up to the speed at which the student prefers and certain topics/ vocabulary they would like to cover. It is also dependant on reason of study for example I am comfortable following textbook modules or through understanding the language through media such as movies, or aiming for the language to be improved for examination purposes such as GCSE's of Chinese National Proficiency Examination Boards such as the HSK and YCT. The dynamics of the lessons will also be dependent on the age of the student but would mostly a relaxed, flexible lesson where students are able to choose what content to be covered or what skills they would like to improve on such as writing, speaking, listening or reading. I am also use to language learning techniques such as flashcards, speaking and listening skills in which I am confident to use with my students. I am experienced with teaching at GCSE level, and have taught and tutored students between the ages of thirteen and sixteen, and able to teach students from beginners at any age who are interested in the Chinese language and culture. I have also taken these examinations myself so I am experienced in the application process and also the material needed to pass these exams receiving an A* in Mandarin Chinese GCSE. Lesson times are also flexible with timings as I am online, I am able to be flexible in the times I teach and for how long depending on the the students needs.
