I have tutored 3 pupils long term. Each at GCSE level. Each student I assisted from a level 6 average to levels 8/9. My dynamic teaching sessions of slideshow based teaching followed by testing and interactive feedback allowed them to achieve these A* grades. My dynamic teaching sessions of slideshow based teaching followed by testing and interactive feedback allowed them to achieve these A* grades. I use up to date specifications from exam boards, alongside online resources to formulate lessons. Before I begin I ask the students what they specifically need help with in, so the lessons and tailored and as effective as possible. Having done the 11+, receiving offers, and then going on to achieving A* (9) in GCSE mathematics and a free standing mathematics qualification, and then going on to getting A* in A level mathematics - I have great experience. I am now a third year medical student at Newcastle University.
