I give lectures, discussions, and scenario-based training. I also use technologies as needed to validate and measure the performance of my learners. I prefer to use other methods depending on the learning scope and previous learners from my class mentioned that they like my gamification methods. Learning is meant to be fun for all ages, everyone is meant to have their key takeaways at the end of the sessions and I'm very open to feedback because it helps me develop and improve my teaching method and approach. I always plan and I enjoy teach-back sessions, this helps showcase the learning and confidence that the class or group has gained after every session.
