My sessions are fun and relevant - we use games and quizzes, not just worksheets - and I have an firm grasp of my subject. I also love my subject! I'm a bit of an English fanatic and aim to covert my students into English-lovers as well.

I trained and taught as a primary school teacher for 5 years. After raising my own family, when I learned a lot more about how children learn, I trained and taught as an adult literacy specialist for 11 years, teaching those who didn't get an English qualification at school, those whose first language is not English and parents who wanted to support their child's learning. Meanwhile I did some one-to-one tutoring of children. In 2018 I moved over to private tuition as my main role.
