Discussion and overall learner perticipation is my style, where mostly it is learner centered and this enables the learner to express themselves freely, through questions and giving out information... I motivate learners to seek information and knowledge through practicals and questions.. As a tutor my work is to impact knowledge, I believe the learner already has an idea of the knowledge so my main goal is to make the learner understand at the highest level and be able to retain this information in their minds. Chemistry is diverse and chemistry is life.
