Having experienced how the GCSE system works and the best way to attain high grades, I like to mix my sessions with content retrieval, practise questions and reflection. This triad is great for preventing mistakes as well as doing an optimum amount of practise. I am also keen on setting tasks for out of the session to make sure that the student is getting the most out of their experience.
